How does the 1% Plus fee work?

On every paid plan, Plus charges a flat 1.0% on payments processed through the platform. Card processing (Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30) is passed through separately so you always see exactly what you're paying. Free plan pays 1.9% — that's the upgrade incentive.

Is Lux safe to give business data to?

Yes. Lux runs on your data only — never trained on it, never shared. Every action that touches money, customers, or contracts requires your explicit one-tap approval. Lux drafts and proposes; you decide.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from Settings → Subscription and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. Your data stays yours and can be exported anytime.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is genuinely free — 25 invoices a month and 15 Lux chats. No card required. Upgrade when you outgrow it, not before.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet — Plus is iOS-first while we get the core experience right. The web app at pluse.to works on any Android browser in the meantime, and Android is on the roadmap.

Will Plus replace QuickBooks?

For most small businesses, yes — invoicing, payments, expenses, time tracking, and cash flow live in one place. If you need QuickBooks for tax filings, you can export everything in standard formats anytime.
