Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 25, 2026
Plus is committed to making pluse.to and our iOS app usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our public marketing pages, authentication flows, and core product surfaces.
Need help right now? Email support@pluse.to with “Accessibility” in the subject line. We respond to accessibility feedback as a priority.
What we’re doing
- Automated WCAG 2.1 AA scans on the homepage, pricing, login, and signup
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, skip links, and visible focus indicators on public pages
- Semantic HTML, form labels, and ARIA where native elements are not sufficient
- Color-contrast remediation on marketing and auth surfaces (light and dark)
- Native
<details>FAQ accordions on the landing page and solutions pages - Ongoing review of mobile navigation dialogs and cookie consent messaging
Conformance status
Our public marketing site and sign-up funnel are actively maintained for WCAG 2.1 AA. The logged-in dashboard receives ongoing accessibility improvements, including visible keyboard focus in modals and standardized focus-return when dialogs close.
Known limitations
- Some third-party embeds (for example analytics) may inject content outside our direct control; we patch untitled frames where possible.
- Some legacy dashboard screens outside the shared modal system may still need manual review.
- PDF exports and email templates are not fully audited in this statement.
If you encounter a barrier, tell us what you were trying to do, which page or screen you were on, and which assistive technology you use (for example VoiceOver on iPhone, NVDA on Windows). Screenshots or recordings help.
Compatibility
Plus is designed to work with current versions of:
- Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile
- VoiceOver on iOS and macOS
- Common screen readers and keyboard-only navigation on modern browsers
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to your local disability rights agency or pursue remedies available under applicable law. We prefer to resolve issues directly first — support@pluse.to.
