Our Y

Running your business should be easy.

Plus exists because small-business operations shouldn’t eat your evenings. We build software that runs in the background — invoices sent, expenses categorized, payments recorded — so you can focus on the work that actually matters.

Built for a real business, not a slide deck

Plus started at our kitchen table in Florida. My wife runs Tropic Hydration, LLC. — a mobile IV hydration and wellness company serving clients across the state. Between scheduling clinicians, restocking supplies, chasing invoices, and reconciling expenses, the back office was a second full-time job.

We didn’t set out to build “business software.” We set out to make her business run without babysitting spreadsheets at midnight. Every feature in Plus — Tap to Pay, recurring invoices, Lux morning briefings, Plaid expense sync — shipped because we needed it that week.

If it works for a hydration company juggling field crews and perishable inventory, it will work for yours.

What we believe

Three ideas behind everything we ship

01

Operations should run themselves

Recurring invoices generate on schedule. Bank transactions become expenses. Overdue accounts get flagged before you notice. The busywork happens whether you’re at your desk or on a job site.

02

You stay in control

Automation proposes; you approve. Lux drafts reminders and journal entries — nothing posts without your say. Easy doesn’t mean careless. It means fewer decisions on things that don’t need you.

03

Software should disappear

When Plus is working, you forget it’s there. You remember the client you helped, not the invoice number. The interface gets out of the way so your business — not our UI — is what you think about.

Automations running in production today

These aren’t roadmap slides — they’re live in Plus right now, keeping Tropic Hydration, LLC. and other small businesses on track.

Recurring invoicesSubscriptions auto-generate on schedule — no manual copy-paste each month.
Payment follow-upsOverdue invoices and pending expenses are flagged before they slip through.
Lux morning briefingYesterday’s revenue, open AR, and oldest unpaid invoice — pushed to you daily.
Bank sync & expensesPlaid pulls transactions; unmatched outflows become draft expenses automatically.
Smart categorizationVendor rules and category maps assign expense accounts without manual tagging.
Stripe payment webhooksClient pays → invoice marked paid → sales record created. One event, three updates.
Auto journal entriesNew invoices post DR Accounts Receivable / CR Revenue without opening the ledger.
Client health scoringWeekly scores across payment history, engagement, and contract status — with alerts on decline.
Contract renewalsReminders at 30, 14, and 7 days before a project end date — so nothing renews by accident.
Time-to-invoice linkingApproved time entries attach to awaiting invoices — billable hours don’t get lost.
New client auto-createFirst-time customer on an invoice or sale? Contact record appears automatically.
QuickBooks token refreshOAuth stays alive in the background — sync doesn’t die on a stale token.
What’s next

Supplies that reorder themselves

We’re building toward self-replenishing inventory — saline bags, IV kits, wellness products tracked as you use them, with reorders triggered before you run out. Use it today, and it shows up at your door tomorrow.

That’s the north star: a business where operations are so quiet you barely notice them. Running the company should feel as natural as running the hydration itself.
