Acceptable Use Policy
What you may not do with Pluse.
Last updated: May 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes uses of the Pluse platform that are prohibited. It applies to all users of pluse.to, the Pluse iOS application, and any related Pluse services (collectively, the “Service”), and supplements the Terms of Service (which incorporate this AUP by reference).
In short: don’t use Pluse for anything illegal, abusive, or that materially harms us, our users, or third parties. The rest of this document lists specific prohibited activities so there is no ambiguity.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 Illegal Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental directive.
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting, tax evasion, or other financial crimes.

- Conduct business in violation of US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions or comparable sanctions regimes.
- Knowingly facilitate, promote, or assist any illegal activity.
2.2 Restricted & High-Risk Businesses
Pluse’s payment infrastructure is provided through Stripe. You may not use the Service to accept payments for any business category restricted by Stripe (see Stripe’s Restricted Business List), which includes but is not limited to:

- Adult content and services where prohibited or unlicensed.

- Multi-level marketing schemes, pyramid schemes, and similar.
- Cryptocurrency exchanges and money services businesses not properly licensed.
- Payday lending and certain high-interest credit products in jurisdictions where prohibited.
This is not an exhaustive list. If you are unsure whether your business is permitted, contact us at Contact@pluse.to before signing up.

You may not use the Service to:
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or incite violence against any person or group.
- Defame, libel, or maliciously misrepresent any person.
- Engage in human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any form of child exploitation. Content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) results in immediate account termination and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law-enforcement authorities.
- Discriminate against any individual or group based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
2.4 Abuse of the Service
You may not:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications through the Service or through invoices, payment receipts, or reminders sent by the Service.
- Send communications that violate the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), or comparable laws.
- Use customer or employee email lists for purposes other than legitimate business communications related to the Service or your business relationship with the recipient.
- Misrepresent your identity or the identity of your business when issuing invoices or accepting payments.
- Create accounts using automated means, multiple accounts to evade limits, or accounts with false or misleading information.
2.5 Security & Integrity
You may not:

- Breach, attempt to breach, or circumvent any security, authentication, authorization, or access-control measures.
- Access data not intended for you, including by impersonation, credential reuse, or session hijacking.
- Introduce, transmit, or upload viruses, worms, ransomware, time bombs, trojan horses, or other malicious or harmful code.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the Service or use the Service to participate in such attacks.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or any other user’s use of the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Use automated tools, including bots, scrapers, or harvesters, to extract data from the Service except through documented APIs and within published rate limits.
- Cache or store Service data beyond what is reasonably required for use of the Service.
2.6 Misuse of AI Features
You may not use Lux (Pluse’s AI assistant) to:
- Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or impersonate a real person without authorization.
- Generate sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
- Generate content that promotes or facilitates self-harm, violence, hate, or extremism.

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract weights, parameters, or proprietary information about the underlying AI models.
- Use the Lux interface to power a third-party product, AI agent, or AI proxy without express written permission.
2.7 Intellectual Property
You may not:
- Upload, transmit, or distribute content that infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property right.
- Use the Pluse or Lux trademarks, logos, or brand elements except as permitted by our brand-use guidelines or the Terms of Service.
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices in the Service or in content provided by Pluse.
2.8 Resale & Sublicensing
You may not resell, sublicense, lease, rent, time-share, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service, in whole or in part, except to the extent your subscription expressly permits multi-user / team use.
3. Use of Customer Data
If you upload personal information about your own customers, employees, or other third parties to the Service, you represent that you have a lawful basis to do so under applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, comparable laws), and you remain responsible for compliance with notice, consent, and rights-management obligations to those individuals. Our Data Processing Agreement governs Pluse’s role as a processor of that data.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of offending content, forfeiture of paid subscription fees, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.
Pluse uses a combination of automated abuse-detection systems and human review to investigate suspected violations. Where reasonably possible and consistent with applicable law, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy a violation before taking action. We may act without prior notice in the case of urgent safety concerns, security incidents, legal demands, or risk to other users.
Pluse cooperates with law enforcement in the investigation of suspected illegal activity, in response to lawful process (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants), and where required by applicable law.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of activity on Pluse that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to abuse@pluse.to with the subject line “AUP Report” and include:
- A description of the violation, including specific URLs, account identifiers, or invoice / sale identifiers if known.
- The date and approximate time of the violation.
- Your contact information.
- Any supporting screenshots or documentation.
Reports are reviewed within 2 business days. Reports involving imminent harm or threats to safety should also be reported to local law enforcement and, in the United States, may be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline (for child exploitation) or the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
6. Updates to This AUP
We may update this AUP as new patterns of misuse emerge or as applicable law changes. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and, where required, communicated by in-product notice or email.
