Getting Started

How do I create my first invoice?

Go to the Invoices section from the main menu, then tap the "+" button. Fill in your client details, add line items, set a due date, and send — it takes under a minute.

How do I add clients?

Navigate to the Clients section and tap "Add Client." You can also add a client on the fly when creating an invoice or sale.

How do I set up my business profile?

Go to Settings and fill in your business name, logo, address, and payment details. This information appears on your invoices automatically.

Billing & Subscriptions

What plans does Pluse offer?

Pluse offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Crew, MAX) with expanded limits for invoices, users, and AI features. See the Pricing page for current details.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Go to Settings > Subscription in the app to view and manage your current plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you can also manage your subscription directly through Apple or Google.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. For web subscriptions billed through Pluse directly, contact us at support@pluse.to within 7 days of your charge.

Invoices & Payments

How do I accept online payments?

Connect your Stripe account under Settings > Payments. Once connected, invoices sent to clients will include a "Pay Now" link.

Can I send invoice reminders?

Yes — from any open invoice, use the Send or Remind option to follow up with your client by email or SMS.

How do I mark an invoice as paid?

Open the invoice and tap "Mark as Paid." You can log the payment method and date for your records.

QuickBooks Integration

How do I connect QuickBooks?

Go to Settings > Integrations and tap "Connect QuickBooks." You'll be redirected to Intuit to authorize the connection.

What syncs with QuickBooks?

Invoices, clients, and payments can be synced to your QuickBooks Online account. Sync runs automatically or can be triggered manually from the integration settings.

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at support@pluse.to with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll process the request within 5 business days.

How do I add team members?

Go to Settings > Team and invite users by email. The number of seats depends on your current plan.
